I am an English language professional specialising in teaching English as a Foreign Language, and GCSE and A-level tutoring. I have many years experience teaching on four continents to a range of ages, nationalities and abilities, from three year old children to 60 year old businessmen. I've had a lifelong love of language, learning six foreign languages from a basic level up to fluency, so I can understand difficulties and also advise the best techniques from personal experience. I'm also very interested in the English language, being an avid reader and amateur writer, particularly interested in the field of journalism. In this field I have been published in The Guardian and The Daily Mail.

Availability: I am available any day at any time, though evenings and weekends would be best.

Experience: I have been teaching for 7 years, 3 years in the British high school system teaching GCSE and A-level English, and 4 years teaching English as a Foreign Language. I have taught in Japan, Colombia, London, Dubai and Libya, and my last two jobs were for the British Council, the most respected English language institute in the world. I also have a lot of personal experience learning languages - I speak fluent Spanish, conversational Portuguese and French, and I have a basic knowledge of Japanese, Arabic and German.
