I`m a Fellow of Durham University and an Associate of the Higher Education Academy. I have a PhD in Biochemistry and recently received the Learning and Teaching Award 2011 from Durham University. I spend most of my time teaching biology and chemistry and I am currently leading a new University funded A-level education project.

Experience: I have been teaching consistently for five years and am currently tutoring students through AS and A-level biology and chemistry for AQA and OCR and have up to date teaching resources for 2012. I have also been involved in undergraduate teaching at Durham University for the last 3 years.

I offer the first lesson for free to ensure tutees are completely happy with the tuition before any payment is made. If after the first free lesson tutees decide not to continue with tuition, I`m also happy to refund the Tutor Hunt fee.
