A recent Newly Qualified Teacher, I am a calm, approachable and confident individual. I am passionate about teaching and helping children to learn. My child centred and personalised approach to teaching ensures that my pupils make valuable progress.

Availability: I am available on weekday evenings, weekends and during the school holidays.

Experience: Currently working as a supply teacher and private tutor, I have worked with a variety of pupils in the age range of 3-11. My subject specialism is English Language and Literacy but I am qualified to teach in any subject across the curriculum.

I am currently tutoring a pupil who has English as an Additional language and helping him to improve his literacy skills (reading, writing, speaking and listening). He has made considerable progress in the short time I have been tutoring him and this has been noticed by his school teacher who has commented on the impact that the private tutoring has had on his progress in school.

Qualifications: I completed the PGCE in 2010 and have Qualified Teaching Status.
