I am a well qualified teacher of Chemistry with 10 years of experience. I have taught all three major A level examination boards (AQA, EDEXCEL and OCR) and I am currently teaching AQA Chemistry to both years 12 and 13. I also teach AQA GCSE Chemistry and I have tutored students through GCSE, AS and A2 level Chemistry.

I am laid back but I have very high expecations for my students. My AS level class this year scored an impressive 8 A's and 1 B and the are all continuing with the subject to A2 level.

Availability: I am available most evenings and weekends and I would be willing to tutor students at my place of work, at my home or could travel.

Experience: I have 10 years of teaching experience, teaching both in state and private schools. Recently I have taught in Newcastle at the Royal Grammar School and I am currently teaching at Exeter School.

Qualifications: I graduated from the University of Southampton in 1998 with a First Class Honours degree in Chemistry (Master of Chemistry, MChem). I was awarded Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE from the University of Bath in 2000.
