I am the Director and Instructor of Hadashi Martial Arts and I provide instruction in karate, martial arts and martial arts-based health and fitness in schools, colleges, private and public organisations, as well as to individuals. I can come to your home or a mutually agreed venue to provide coaching at a time to suit you and your needs. Please contact me about your requirements. Lessons offered in traditional Shotokan Karate, self-defence, martial arts-based fitness and conditioning.
Availability: Mon-Fri and weekends.

Experience: I am professional Karate Instructor and have been studying, training and teaching karate for over 23 years. I am fully qualified and insured to teach martial arts and martial arts-based fitness and education up to black belt level. I teach all ages, levels and abilities and I also offer private and small group tuition. I am also a fully trained youth worker with over 15 years experience of casework management. So I am also well-placed to provide mentoring and lifeskills training.
