Latin (gcse)
gcse level: £14 per hourI graduated from Nottingham University in July 2009 with a 2:1 in Classics. During my degree I studied many different Latin and Ancient Greek texts, and also took modules in Ancient History.
Availability: Weekends and evenings.
Experience: Though I am not a qualified teacher, having taken my GCSEs just 6 years ago, I understand the syllabus and therefore what needs to be done to achieve a good result.
Though excelling at Latin, Greek and Ancient History, at school I struggled with maths, resulting in me needing outside tutoring. I therefore have experience of being around a tutor and I am also able to relate to the problems the pupil is facing.
