I am a part-time Primary School Teacher in an Independent School in Shropshire. Specialise in English, Maths, History and Science.
QTS Primary School Teacher with experience of teaching children on varying ability. I have taught Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3. At present I am employed at a Primary School teaching KS2 Science and sport. Have had experience working with year 6 children in preparation for SATs, entrance exams (Wrekin College, Shrewsbury High School, Ellesmere College, Moreton Hall, Tettenhall College and Shrewsbury School) and 11+ exams (Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Worcester and Newport). I also tutor Home Educated children up to 16 years old.
One to One tuition for Primary and KS3 aged children. I believe in encouraging and helping children to reach their goals. I adapt lessons for the individual after identifying their strengths and weaknesses. Teaching is based on multisensory learning, enjoyable and varied activities in an informal environment. Homework help, intervention and exam practice are catered for.
