I achieved a first class degree at the University of Birmingham. The lowest exam mark I got at University was a first (I know to pass exams)! I’ve tutored for 5 years ranging from year 8 to year 13 but I have casual (family) experience tutoring primary school as well. I have done two very successful teaching placements in schools. I was at St Mary Redcliffe School in Bristol for 5 weeks and was nominated for ‘Outstanding Ogden Trust Teaching Intern’. The following year I was at St Paul’s School for Girls in Birmingham. So successful was my time there that I was invited to do teacher training with the school. Physics and maths provide very important skills so I’m determined to help those who wish to improve, plus they’re really interesting... honestly they are!
