I am a qualified teacher with a First Class Honours English Literature and History degree. I have experience working with phonics, primary school, GCSE, A-level, university students and adult learners. I have a postgraduate degree in the History of Medicine, which included teaching and assessing work for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Since I have worked with students of a variety of ages, I have a good understanding of the expectations of students at each level. (This knowledge has been acquired from working closely with the Early Years Frameworks, the National Curriculum, Government Frameworks, EAL guidelines and University admission policies)

I am very passionate about the subjects that I tutor and am constantly seeking new opportunities to learn more about each field. Having been awarded multiple scholarships throughout my education, I am also interested in helping individuals apply for university funding or offering advice on where to look for bursaries.

In previous sessions I have been praised for having good subject knowledge, patience and determination to help each student secure their desired grade.
