I am French from Aix en Provence and have studied in France up to my MA in Literature. I qualified as a teacher in 1991 and have been teaching ever since.

My clients learn French for holidays, for work, for study. I help students with GCSE, A level and degree studies as well as learning French for work. They range from 10 to over 80 years old.

I have a wide variety of resources and lend magazines, books and films.

I teach grammar and vocabulary but encourage conversation from the beginning.

I teach from home in Loughborough.

I am married and we have two grown up children who are bilingual and took their French GCSE age 10 and A level in year 9.

I am also a photographer and a yoga teacher.

Availability: My availability changes rapidly. I usually have daytime slots . Evening slots go first so might be limited. Please enquire.

Experience:
I am a qualified teacher with over 20 years experience teaching in a variety of settings from primary and secondary schools to working for the ministry of defence teaching intensive French courses.

I taught French at De Montfort University and have been teaching French at Loughborough university for a number of years.

I also taught private lessons for Caterpillar, Stag, Rolls Royce and other companies.

I teach at all levels and from KS2 to degree level.I have taught younger children and would accept younger students in certain circumstances.
