I am a qualified maths teacher currently working in an inner London secondary school. I teach KS3-KS5 students. I have tutored maths for last five years at various levels and I have further two years experience of teaching maths in Texas (USA). I have also been mentor at the university for first year students. Currently helping students with their 11+, Key Stage 3, GCSE Level and A level exams. Full CRB disclosure available.

MY Approach: Each individual student learns differently so different plan and style will be adapted to cater for student’s need. In general, it is not about getting through exams or achieving/excelling predicted grade but about learning. Creating deep understanding and passion for the subject is more fruitful in long terms for the students. However, for short term, exam focus approach is also deployed to teach exam techniques and to help to increase or achieve predicted grades.

Availability: Weekdays after 6 p.m. and weekends

Willing to travel: 5 miles

Experience: Over five year of experience as a private tutor and three years experience as a teacher.
