Bonjour,

I am a native French speaker currently studying a PGCE at UCL Institute of Education to gain Qualified Teacher Status in June 2021. I have been working for five years as a French Language Assistant, and 1.5 year as primary school French teacher, aside with private tuitions at various level. I possess a French BA in Applied Languages (English/Spanish) and an MA in International Liaison and Communication from the University of Westminster.


I have a strong 5 year experience supporting students on 1:1, especially in preparation for GCSE and A-Level exam. I have a perfect knowledge of the UK curriculum program and am currently training to gain QTS.


In my teaching career, I have demonstrated real success in building confidence in my students’ performance, with particular emphasis on grammar support and developing my student`s French speaking ability (2017 A-level speaking results: 100% A-C: 3xA, 3xB, 1xC).


Fluent in three languages, I possess an intimate, first-hand understanding of the challenges that students face when learning a foreign language.

My resources are visual and creative, linking French language to culture, current affairs, anecdotes and encouraging exchange of opinion.

Experience: 5 Years as a French Teaching Assistant giving weekly individual lessons to all A levels students, + speaking session to GCSE students, conducting and marking speaking mock exams

3 years of Private tuitions (all level, specialised in exam support)

1.5 years teaching French in a Primary school, creating ressources, conducting and marking exams

3 months internsip in the United Nations Language Programme, @Nairobi (Kenya), occasionnally covering French lessons, conducting speaking exams
