Awful. Stop replying yo my messages after a few sessions. Never replied at all on numerous ocassions. At the begining when she did reply and turn up the first few times it was a waste if money, she knows biology but she foesnt know whats on the higjer course so she taught things you dont need to know and things you do need to know she never ever bothered to teach them, many cancellations, turning up late and eventually stopped replying and never ever turned up again.

Tutors Response :

Firstly, I always replied to Sarah`s messages and I never cancelled any session. Everytime I asked her to practice a paper that will help her for her exams (just as a additional help) she never did any of the papers.
Secondly, I never cancelled any of her sessions. There was one day she told me she can`t do the session and if I could do weekend for her. I normally don`t do any teachings during weekend and only teach Monday to Friday but I made an exception and taught her on a saturday. Apart from that, she cancelled twice on me and on one occassion she told me she is really sick. To my surprise (seems like the world is really small) I saw her walking happily on the street and taking the bus on the same day. She must have been really sick to do that. After that I travelled and I told her about that on the first session I gave her, which she was fine with. When I came back, I taught her again until she finished her exams.
If the first lessons were a waste of money and she didn`t like it why did she not stop the tutoring from the start after realizing it? And why is it that she gives a feedback now after more than 6 months have passed.

Any other person that I taught has always been pleased with me and I am still in touch with all of them to see how they progress. I do not have a problem to get any reference from them and I am confident that all them will be positive.
I find her feedback very dishonest and rude, I went out of my way to help her cause I wanted her to do well, even printing practice papers for her with no extra cost or anything and that`s the gratitude she is showing.

I wasn`t keen for my daughter to go to a strangers home so the tutor had agreed to tutor at my home as she didn`t have transport I had arranged to pick her up. On the night of the first tutoring session I drove to her home just as I arrived she texted me to say she was unable to tutor outside of her home which was more than inconvenient therefore I had then to try to locate a tutor from another sevice.
