I am a recently retired teacher of Maths and Science with over 20 years experience in a Comprehensive School .
I tutor students of all ages , Primary and Secondary , including preparing them for GCSE examinations .
Initially I would make an assessment of a student`s skills and weaknesses so that a suitable plan can be implemented . I am very patient and help students with their understanding of the main concepts .
No-one can expect to be good at anything if they don`t practise and so I encourage students to work independently in order to improve .
I have recently been offering lessons via WhatsApp due to the pandemic.
Availability: Lessons to be arranged to suit both parties , I can work weekday daytime , evenings plus weekends .
Willing to travel: 10 miles
Experience: Over 20 years teaching in Comprehensive School.

Very good Tutor my daughter struggled so much an Steve helped her so much on first lesson she started to have a good understanding of the work for her uni course would recommend totally
