Information about Nora

I am a dedicated and experienced Mandarin Chinese teacher and I can teach both traditional and simplified characters. Teaching is my passion! I consider myself to be very organised, conscientious and attentive to details, esp. in correcting students’ mistakes in assignments and exams. Most importantly, I always adjust my teaching methods to suit individual needs.
In order to gain more knowledge about teaching Mandarin in the British context, I completed a full-time PG Diploma in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages at SOAS, Uni. of London in Aug. 2013. Furthermore, I attended an intensive course (90 hrs) in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language in Taiwan in summer 2012.
I was born and brought up in Taiwan, then came to the UK for Higher Education. I am also British now.
