Firm but friendly - I lay down the rules and teach to a certain standard but at the same time make sure the learner is comfatable with talking to me. I will ensure I understand what exactly they want to learn further so I can meet there demands. I will be using different methods of teaching. Such as; presentations, games, tests, homework. Depending on how the student learns best. Therefore firstly I have a one on one session getting to know the tutee so I will understand which method I will teach them. I always ensure I praise tutees when they are doing very well to motivate them. I will give the learner topics to learn or review within their own time; this will be set to a target which could be weekly or monthly.

I will be carrying out and updating a report I will keep which will have everything I have taught and recommendations I can teach in order for the tutee to do better. This will be outside the topics for example; the tutee now understands business, writing skills and many more but how will they use this within exams or writing coursework. This will mean I will keep another session to give them the skills they need. At the end of the tutoring session, I will give the report to the tutee so they can keep and review what they have learnt. I will also be providing work sheets and relevant documents that will support the learner throughout the whole period of time which they can keep.

I will give a high standard teaching method to the tutee to ensure they reach their targeted goals.

Availability: I am available mainly on weekends, however we can discuss on the most appropriate timings for you.

Experience: I have been involved in many events that deal with teaching. The most recent has been "Little stars" this is where I had to communicate with children, teaching them skills which they can take as they are progressing onto secondary school.

I am an administrator of a "Love of Mankind" team which I have to ensure I brief team members and also volunteers within the projects and events.

I have done many presentations which are business related, this includes; starting a small business, marketing, understanding retail, Human Resources and many more. Have also worked in JP Morgan in the past where I had learnt an amazing 'problem solving format' I believe that others should know. I have written a lesson plan to teach this, which my College tutor had found very useful.

I have previously helped many class mates to complete their assignments. My tutor usually assigns me to give one on one support to students who are struggling with certain business assignments in order for them to achieve the grade they need.
