Welcome to my profile. I am a well qualified teacher, lecturer and private tutor with 15 years experience teaching at GCSE, A Level and diploma level (NQF Levels 1-3).

My desire is to use my professional skills, knowledge and experience to develop your level of confidence and ability in the NEW science and maths specification content you are finding challenging. By feeling more comfortable and able to approach the more difficult identified areas of study, your learning and achievement will improve dramatically.

We will focus well together on carefully prepared learning resources to practice and recycle your growing knowledge and skills. Recent exam past papers, practical and written topic related activities/tasks will be used in this respect.

1) AQA and Edexcel GCSE (Higher and Foundation Tier) Maths and Science (Biology, Chemistry and physics).

Progression from GCSE qualifications to:

2) AQA, Edexcel and OCR GCE AS/A Level Biology (NEW specifications tutored).

3) Numeracy Professional Skills Test support for prospective teachers on Department for Education Initial Teacher Training courses. Preparation / practice in required areas of numeracy and core skills covered by the mental and written arithmetic tests.

4) Numeracy at Functional Skills Levels:
- Entry 1, 2 and 3.
- Levels 1 and 2.
