• At Newcastle University we receive a vast and detailed scientific education at undergraduate science degree level before moving on to clinical practice.

I am a fifth year medical student at Newcastle University and an experienced personal tutor. I have a 100% achievement rate for my students securing their university place offers.
I am available to tutor students in the following subjects:
English, Mathematics and Science - ages 7-11 (KS2)
English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Geography - ages 11-16 (KS3 - GCSE)
Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics - ages 16+ (A level)
Availability: One-to-one price: £20 per hour from September 2015.
Willing to travel: 5 miles
Experience: I have a vast amount of experience aiding students in their university applications where I have been successful in assisting 5 students gain offers to study medicine at university for 2012/2013 enrolment.
I also have considerable experience working with children with learning difficulties and disabilities.
During my educational career I achieved Astar AA in my Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics A levels, achieving full marks in my Biology A2 exams. Furthermore I am trained in first aid and hold an enhanced CRB clearance.

Unfortunately this tutor does not do 1:1 tuition anymore but he was a great young man who instilled confidence in my son right through to A levels and was almost like a member of the family with his regular weekly visits. We wish him well in his career in medicine!
