Sílvia is very quick at replying to messages on this site and in general. This was initially how I chose her above other tutors who were slower to reply.
However, she is also a really good tutor for me. She is friendly, approachable and clearly a linguistic expert. She is also very flexible with scheduling lessons in Oxford.
I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to start or improve their Spanish. I started from a point after 6 months of self teaching and Sílvia is working to bridge the gaps in my knowledge.

I have now had numerous lessons with Sílvia and I am progressing steadily. She is very knowledgable and her patient and interactive approach to teaching has helped me immensely. I have no reservations whatsoever in continuing lessons with her and urge others wishing to learn Spanish to do the same!

I feel very lucky to have found Silvia through this site. She is clearly exceptionally knowledgeable and professional, a natural teacher, and was extremely well-prepared for our first lesson, having taken the trouble to bring an article for discussion on a subject relating to my professional interests. We had lively conversations on a range of issues and I`m really looking forward to working with her in both Spanish and Catalan.
